My primary interest is to experimentally investigate the amphipathic and amphiphile induced perturbation in the physical properties of lipid bilayer and integral membrane proteins. We use gramicidin and alamethicin channels as the monitoring tools.
In theoretical condensed matter physics I am involved in research related to vortex dynamics in josephson junction arrays.
