Welcome to Analysis of Next Generation Sequencing Data (ANGSD).

Our first class will meet in BRB 204-C at 12 PM on Tuesday, January 8th. If you want to follow along with some of the examples in class, install (R and R Studio) on your laptop, and bring it to class.
