Professor Randi Silver is a senior author of an article in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences USA, on “Comparative systems pharmacology of HIF stabilization in the prevention of retinopathy of prematurity”, which was selected by the Editorial Board for recognition as one of the recently published PNAS papers of outstanding scientific excellence and originality. The recognition will be presented at the PNAS Editorial Board Meeting on Sunday, April 30, 2017.
Olga Boudker received the Michael and Kate Bárány Award 2016 from the Biophysical Society. She was "honored for her dynamic research that has led to a deeper understanding of the structural, thermodynamic, and kinetic aspect of secondary active transport and critically contributed to our understanding of the sodium-coupled transport of amino acids and monoamines. The award is intended to recognize an outstanding contribution to biophysics“.
